Candra
Coming to dance late in her life, Candra fell in love with both ballroom and belly dance.
It was a fortuitous fall day in 2005 which brought her to Sahara Dance where she has had the privilege to study with the illustrious faculty, as well as take master classes with Karim Nagi, Sahra Saeeda, Bozenka, Rachel Brice and Yousry Sharif.
As a current member of Raqs Caravan East, Candra continues to develop her belly dance styling and performance skills. She enjoys sharing her passion for dance and her love of sisterhood with everyone in the Sahara community.
