Sounds delightful, right?
Try a unique mind-body class designed specifically for belly dance conditioning. Dedicate two hours to improving alignment, building endurance and stamina, and expanding body awareness. The guided practice is a springboard for creating a personal dance practice that will help to strengthen as well as relax dance movements. Students will strengthen core muscles, open upper body carriage, increase flexibility and quiet the mind for full awareness. Classes are based upon a blend of fundamental belly dance conditioning exercises, Pilates, yin yoga and vinyasa yoga. It is recommended you bring a yoga mat or towel. All levels are welcome.
