


Belly dance movements are beautiful and challenging in isolation, but layering movements on top of and in combination with each other really brings the dance to life. Layering movements allow a dancer to interpret the music, add depth and personality to a choreography, and tell a story.
This workshop is a great introduction for Beginner I students, who are just beginning to learn how to tie together the movements learned throughout the semester. It is also perfect for Beginner II students to practice and enhance the new layering patterns and combinations you have been drilling all semester. No matter what your level, everyone can benefit from the layering tips and tricks Jennifer has to share.
