Saturday Workshops: Fundraiser for Haiti *and* Oriental Turns & Traveling Steps

The special fundraiser workshop for relief efforts in Haiti may have been postponed, but the need for help is as great as ever. We hope you can join us this weekend in our new studio for a benefit workshop. Topics to be covered include shimmies and Arabic pop combinations.

Open to all levels.

Suggested donation of $35 to be provided in cash at the door. All proceeds go to the Red Cross.

Also on Saturday is Oriental Turns and Traveling Steps.

Add dynamism to your dance with spins, turns and floor patterns. Learn combinations of traveling steps and turns most frequently used in belly dance. Specific attention will be given to spotting, turn technique and Oriental stylization. Workshop is recommended for students transitioning from Beginner II to Low Intermediate.
