Fun and energizing, this workshop is a real workout! Start moving the instant you get in the door and don’t stop until the workshop ends. Jump right in with high energy aerobic belly dance combinations set to fast-paced Arabic and American pop music. Engage your hips and legs with shimmies and traveling steps, then slow down in the second hour with deep Pilates core conditioning, glute work and upper body strength and stretching. All levels are welcome.
