Strength for Dancers Introduction
This course – originally called ‘Shimmy, strengthen, stretch, and flow’ – is from our Sahara Dance at Home series offered via zoom in 2021. Join Rachel Kay Brookmire for a series of 10 hour-long classes offering a variety of exercises and dance drills to build your strength, improve mobility, and increase flexibility. You can work through the classes in order or pick and choose and repeat the classes in any order you prefer.
