Enjoy a 4-day retreat, filled with belly dance, yin yoga, meditation, myofascial release, and relaxation in nature. This all-inclusive, special retreat is led by Rachel Kay Brookmire, founder and director of Sahara Dance, with guest contributions by Cindy Hodgson PT, PhD. The retreat includes home-cooked vegetarian meals, lovely accommodations, and guided programming designed to offer women of all movement backgrounds an intimate experience exploring dance, yin yoga, myofascial release, and mindfulness meditation. No dance, meditation or yoga experience required and all levels welcome!  Classes will be tailored to engage all experience and movement levels.
 
Come rejuvenate your body and mind. Experiment with playful, heart-centered dance and mindfulness themes to develop grace and gentleness in your movement practice. Stretch, release and align your body with yin yoga and myofascial release. Deepen your awareness and center yourself through mindfulness meditation. Strengthen your dance training with slow, stretchy flow sequences and playful, upbeat combinations. Escape the bustle of city living and decompress with laughter, shimmies and nature.
