To me, everything can be linked to an analogy of nature. Every situation, object, relationship…everything! This can open many doors to solutions, creativity, and healing.

In this workshop, we will explore a short choreography to tap into different qualities of movement that can be linked to classic “elements” of nature. Experiment and grow with your own interpretation of what you feel most connected to.

All levels welcome.

Description

In-Person: Your In-Person workshop registration secures your physical spot in the studio, as well as access to the class online. Workshops are held at our Sahara Dance studio in Tenley: 4433 Wisconsin Ave, NW, Washington DC. You may attend the workshop live, in-person, or live-streaming, online. Registered students have access to video recordings of each class for 30 days following the workshop.
