Do you want to explore shimmies and undulations? Yes! Then this workshop is for you. We will cover several shimmies and undulations popular in Middle Eastern dance, and practice dancing them in playful combos and mini choreography.

Prerequisite: Some dance experience and modifications will be offered to challenge advanced dancers.

Hybrid (In Person + Virtual): Your hybrid workshop registration secures your physical spot in the studio, as well as access to the class online. Workshops are held at our Sahara Dance studio in Tenley: 4433 Wisconsin Ave, NW, Washington DC. You may attend the workshop live, in-person, or live-streaming, online. Registered students have access to video recordings of each class for 30 days following the workshop.
