About this course

The Stretch & Flow series emphasizes slower sequences, targeting quality movement execution. Attention is given to alignment, posture, rhythms, sensuality, and whole-body awareness. Modifications are offered to challenge advanced dancers and keep class accessible for beginner dancers.

Choose from one of the practice sequences (30-40 minutes each) to get a curated experience focused on a particular skill or mix and match the individual lessons (3-5 minutes each) to create your own practice.

Please Note:
  1. There is no prescribed order for working through the mix and match lessons. Work through them however you wish. They are listed in alphabetical order for convenience.
  2. Clicking on the Complete Lesson button will record that you have completed it and take you to the next lesson. This can be helpful when you return to the course and need a reminder of where you left off. On the other hand, if you want to scan through the combinations without marking them as completed, navigate through them using the sidebar navigation.
